Our Mission

Learning The RAD Way (L.T.R.W) was created to provide minoriry students and underserved communities with education assistance to help mold future leaders. The company was founded in 2020 in the middle of the historical global pandemic. The education system was quickly changing and students were suffering. Our company was created to help students in the middle of a global crisis. Even though we are no longer in a crisis, we still continue to provide students with quality tutoring to help them suceed in school.

L.T.R.W tutoring company is committed to creating well-rounded, confident learners. We create 1-on-1 relationships with each student to cater to their unique learning styles. Our goal is to help students improve their grades, build testing strategy, master study habits, and prepare them for higher-level learning.

Born & raised in Polk County, Florida, Ramonica started tutoring K-12th students during high school for P.O.Ps Organization in Bartow, FL. From then she continued to tutor during her college career & afterwards. He tutoring career spans over 13 years, tutoring since 2010. She founded Learning The RAD Way tutoring company in 2020 to begin her own tutoring company in effort to offer personal tutoring that checks all the marks.
