Processing of Personal Data:
L.T.R.W Tutoring Company processes your personal data when you complete the L.T.R.W Membership Registration form and when you purchase your membership plan. Processing is based on the consent you give when you submit your form and complete checkout when purchasing.
Recordings:
L.T.R.W online tutoring sessions occur through Zoom. Each online tutoring session will be recorded due to training and saftey purposes. Recordings from each session will be used for quality control checks by our human resource department; as well as for training purposes for furture L.T.R.W tutor employees. Parents of student and adult students are able to request a recording file if they wish. To do so, they will need to contact their personal tutor and request a recording file from a specific tutoring day to be emailed to them. Recordings will allow our members to feel safe knowing that the actions of their tutors and themselves are being monitored in case anything ever goes wrong. Recording files from all memebers are stored in a secured, protected online file. No member's recordings will ever be shared to anyone without their permission.
File Sharing:
Any files that are shared with employees of L.T.R.W Tutoring Company from members of L.T.R.W such as: report cards, progress report, test results, pictures, etc.; will not be shared with any outside companies or other L.T.R.W members.
